During product launches, pre-orders, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the estimated release date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
