Refund & Return Policy

At Edenester Archive, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Include any original packaging, tags, or inserts (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at edenesterarchive@outlook.ie as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by law).
  • Signed books, limited edition items, and collector's editions, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply request a return (if eligible), and once it has been approved, place a new order for the item you would like instead.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still be in their original, unused condition with any original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
